Cloudbase Concepts lacked any form of web presence for their business and regularly visited their customers with product and textile samples to browse.

With styles, fashions and products changing frequently, this is a time-consuming task.

Special promotions or end-of-line offers are emailed or faxed out to customers, often at additional cost.

The challenge: to design a cool web presence that reflected the company's brand values; showcased their products and allowed customers to request quotes online for urgent or last-minute orders.

With products and promotions changing so frequently, they also needed a simple, non-technical method of updating the website content in-house.

Through our design-led creative process we designed a usable and accessible website (to both search engines and impaired visitors), incorporating our structural design process to develop end-customer-focused sitemaps and detailed user paths through the site always providing a next point of action for customers.

Maintainability and updatability was satisfied by installing a simple-to-use and secure content management system allowing key staff to update and format the website content as easy as they would update a document on their own computer!
