FirstLight 


Firstlight is a completely new company specialising in high end, quality foods from New Zealand. This project began with the development of a brand marketing and distribution strategy followed by the creation of the unique Firstlight name. The strategy is designed to capture the support of a number of stakeholders, uniting farmers, food processors and distributors under one vision. With consumers globally becoming more conscious of food security issues Firstlight sets out to focus on product naturalness and integrity of the highest standards.

The design needed to reflect something uniquely New Zealand whilst still being contemporary. All the challenges of packaging, merchandising and correct positioning of the brand to reflect the quality continue as ongoing projects. The brand has already been received favourably and stocked in well-known retail outlets in both the UK and US.

The implementation of a managed supply-chain model integral to the Firstlight brand strategy has been a welcome move to more equitable industry relationships both on and off shore.
