Amongst their extensive range of modern technologies is a selection of products that offer effective relief for the millions of people suffering from life-threatening OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea).

To develop a brand strategy, naming system and central ethos for the OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) group within this well-known New Zealand company.

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products are used in more than 90 countries worldwide.

BRR developed a strategy to shift this company from using engineering numbers for product names " to a naming system focused on customer outcomes.

This business-to-business brand received a makeover.

Brand architecture was redefined before creation of new marketing literature, brand photography, packaging, print advertising and exhibition stand design commenced.

While financial results are yet to be reported, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is experiencing the benefits of enhancing their sales culture through the process of an inclusive brand development project.

The literature systems and branded sales tools are already helping personnel to better articulate the benefits of their products.
