Grandstanding in Hawke's Bay 

Sports Park Hawke's Bay is a regionally significant, 30ha development in Hastings, currently boasting a 2500 capacity grandstand, an all-weather athletics track, general use sports fields and 18 netball courts.

Early in the project DallowBoss was asked to develop a site-wide wayfinding and sponsor signage strategy to ensure a level of visual consistency was achieved across the shared spaces and the different venues.

The Grandstand was the first venue to be completed and its architectural features offered a number of perfect opportunities to display directional information on the structure, allowing the strong features of the building to remain prominent while reducing the need for applied structural elements.
