H2go Brand Identity

h2go was the first spring water to be bottled in a sippertop pack in New Zealand, and since then has cemented itself in the market as the leading lifestyle water.

A new brand identity was required for h2go that clearly differentiated between pure, flavoured and sparking offerings and gave the brand more modernity.

A key thought that emerged during Cowan's strategic phase was that the previous design cues didn't convincingly portray 'water' and all that goes with it, like purity and refreshment.

This insight married with the Cowan strategic toolkit and design process meant a design was created that both fulfilled the client brief and had the x-factor of a great idea.

The design speaks for itself - literally!

As Brand Manger Joel Reichart says:

'Our sales force feel the new design commands greater shelf standout and all view this as a massive improvement to the brand. It's hard to isolate the nominal results the packaging change has achieved on its own but from my point of view it has enhanced our brand appeal to consumers and modernised the h2go brand'
