A hand crafted, hands-on website that draws site visitors into the enchanted, surreal and tactile world of Minuit...

Minuit (minwee), the Kiwi band with the French name is a high energy, enigmatic recent arrival on the international music scene.

For their global and growing fan base, they needed a virtual space to stay connected and share news, reviews, and releases as they ventured to all corners of the globe '" with up-to-date gig dates and venues along the way. With an open and appealing brief, Resn set to work - taking inspiration from existing album artwork to develop individual characters that were lovingly crafted and bought to life.

Staged within a revolving 'world' each site visitor navigates their own character on a surreal and wonder-filled journey, with the ability to interact and chat with any other site visitors they encounter, all the while listening to the 'hip indie-breakbeat' music of Minuit.

Delivered in Flash, but with an admin interface enabling the band themselves to update, communicate and interact with their visitors, the site has been recognised internationally with awards and accolades from industry and fans alike. With a true web 2.0 community ethos, and with the band themselves dedicated to keeping content up-to-date, the Minuit website should continue to feature in both the music and online community headlines.
