Nestle Reduced Cream Dip Chute

The Dip Chute product is a modular unit that can fit all tin sizes by changing the spacers between the standardized sheet metal sides. The chute can also be fitted with a soup packet holder or transformed into a counter top unit. Self adhesive graphics can be applied to each side depending on the promotion/product. Nestlé wanted to update their current wire frame can chutes. 3D Hub came up with the concept of a modular chute that uses profiled sheet metal and clips together to take Nestles 3 different tin sizes; this gives real estate on the sides to put promotion/product information. 3D Hub analyzed the folded sheet metal sizes to check for fatigue and stress sensitivity.
