To reflect this customer-centric focus, we created the positioning 'Service that revolves around you'.

Visually, this is communicated using stylised icons representing the tools of the business traveler combined with images of business travelers that Orbit Wellington's clients will have an affinity with.

Implementation has included a company profile and a promotional DM.

This strategy created a positive response from existing clients and generated an increase in new business.
