Smith & Partners, a well established law firm, were looking to grow their medium sized suburban practice. They were unsure whether to relocate, expand or use the existing space. Their premises were in a good location but the space they currently were occupying was dated & limited their plans for expansion.

Once a spatial assessment was done, acquiring additional space on the ground floor enabled them to accommodate the number of future partners and solicitors they wanted for the practice. Improving the office functionality & adding more meeting rooms & break out areas was also a priority.
