SportTool 

The SportTool helps sports enthusiasts use GPS technology to get data about their workout. It fits on an armband and is designed to work with one hand operation during a work out. Different SportsTools were designed for different sports ranging from skiing to yachting to roller blading. Zanzara designed a usability study to evaluate the ease of use of this new range of products as well as to evaluate the end user's experience of opening the packaging and getting the unit working. This study had to be designed to be implemented both in New Zealand and remotely in the USA. From the results, Zanzara then helped Navman make design decisions for this and future SportTool products.
