Case study overview

Waitete Stream Ltd

Waitete Stream Ltd are developing a 55-section subdivision on the western side of Waihi township.

These beautifully situated sites overlook the picturesque Waitete Valley.

A native bush walkway, which runs beside Waitete Stream at the western edge of the subdivision, is currently beingndeveloped. Design problem

Waitete Stream Development Ltd approached us in mid-2004 with a marketing request.

They proposed to develop a 55-section subdivision on the western side of Waihi and asked us to handle the entire marketing project.

Following consultation, we developed a logo, business cards, letterhead, presentation folder, multimedia CD-ROM and large advertising billboard at the subdivision entrance.

The CD-ROM included a 3D fly-around of the subdivision with voiceover.

Each genuine enquirer was given a promotional package containing general information, a business card, legalndocumentation and the CD-ROM, professionally assembled in a presentation folder.

Advertisements were also placed in local newspapers and the New Zealand Herald to provide exposure and leads, not only from local buyers, but also the valuable Auckland market. nnNewspaper advertising also allowed the benefit of targeting specific markets and audiences.

The result was a resounding success! Stage I (12 sections) sold out within weeks!

Stage II is currently being developed.

The client was very happy with the logo and campaign we developed, and the results bear out the quality of the marketing.
