Xtend
Humanware makes products for the visually impaired and blind. The Xtend is a magnification machine for people who have low vision. Zanzara conducted a series of customer visits and field studies to help Humanware understand its' customers needs better. With this new understanding, Zanzara then worked with the engineering and marketing teams at Humanware to design controls that would maximize ease of use of this new product line. Zanzara also helped Humanware scope future product requirements and design benchmarks.
