These include, injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, thermoforming, fiberglass moulding, machining of metals and plastics and aluminium extrusion. The close relationships that we maintain with key suppliers ensures that we have access to a vast source of additional knowledge should a project require existing boundaries to be pushed in order to meet a customers needs.

Our experience in design for manufacture and assembly along with familiarity with lean manufacturing principles enable us to produce efficient designs that are appropriate for a defined production volume and scalable as markets open and volumes increase.
