WIKI Design & Consultancy Director Karl Wixon has 20 years design experience spanning product, interior, exhibition, architectural and brand design.

He is a professional member and current Councillor of the Designers Institute of New Zealand. He is also a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute and member of the Institute of Directors in NZ holding a certificate in company direction. He is also an active founding member and current secretary of Nga Aho Inc - a national society of Maori Design, Architecture and Environment Professionals.

He is currently leading the Awatoru Maori Economic Transformation by Design project working with partners spanning the Tertiary Education sector as well as Enterprise partners in Maori Primary Industry and Tourism - such as Aotearoa Fisheries Ltd, a wholly Maori owned company managing 40% of NZs commercial fisheries quota.

WIKIs approach integrates and harnesses the potential of design+business+culture.

This approach includes the design of futures, organisational design, and ultimately the design of consumer experiences.

WIKI facilitates design enabled business development from organisational visioning and strategy through to implementation.
